Company That We Interested To Interview

Hi everyone, we will choose Naza Corporation Holdings Sdn Bhd. Basically Naza Group is divide into two which are Naza World and Naza Corp. Both division handling their ow business function. So for Naza Corp. there are many subsidaries of under their management. In fact, all the human resource management activities is handle by their HQ located at Menara Naza, Kuala Lumpur. Because of their diverse business portfolio, this organization is very interesting to investigate and to be understand. For Naza Corp. they will managing Naza Group businesses other than automotive and manufacturing industry which are engineering and construction, telecommunication, food and beverage, property development and others. We actually would like to know how Human Resource Management System can cater for such diverse industries and understanding the limitation or failure of the system if it exist and we maybe can suggest few action to make their system more effective and efficient if we are able to do so. Currently we are able to get in touch with Naza Corp.'s Assistant Manager of Corporate Human Capital Management Division, Madam Teh Halida. Hopefully we can get her approval to move forward and to set an interview.

Hi guys!

Welcome to our blog. This is our very first post :) Sooo, let us introduce ourselves. Our group consists of three person; Liu Jia Xin, Luqmanul Hakim Salahuddin, and Marsha Fitria Irzani. We are students at University Putra Malaysia, currently in our third year (6th semester). We dedicated this blog to one of the subjects that we take in this semester, Management Information System I.

This blog is our media to share the progress of our group project. We will update you all of our latest progress every week! We are very excited to start and share our project to all of you so we hope everyone could stay tune with our newest update.

And, oh. Let us share our individual photo too okay (so you can imagine who are the quirky kiddos that happen to be the admins of this blog ^^)

Liu Jia Xin

She's a very lovely girl (look at how feminine she is in this photo!). You can call her "Josephine", she is Malaysian. But who knows that this very girly lady is the same girl that competes for our university in national competition for table tennis in East Malaysia. Yes, boys. She's a very powerful athlete. And the smart one too. So beware ;-)

Luqmanul Hakim Salahuddin

You can call him Luqman. The only guy in this group, he is Malaysian. He is definition of the true leader, with so much passion in leadership. He is like.. you know the active, organisation-oriented kind of guy that you can found in every college :)  

Marsha Fitria Irzani

She is the youngest member in this group. You can call her Marsha, she is Indonesian. She loves to travel and captures the beautiful nature of this world into a photograph. A little secret about her, she loves social media and photo-editor application. You want to change the filter and tone of your photos? Or you want to make your body and face slimmer? Go ask her. She's a master of it :-p

Next, our planning for this project for the entire semester. To make it easier, we provide you the timetable and activity plan for our project in this whole semester.

WEEK	ACTIVITY PLAN
1	Form a group (3 person per group)
2	Create a blog and timetable about activity plan for the whole project
3	Analyze and choose a company to be interviewed for the project
4	Send request and apply for the interview to the company
5	Preparing the questions and waiting for the approval from the company
6	Interview week and interpret the data to the useful information
7	Gather all the information into a report for the project
8	Meeting with our instructor, reviewing and discussing about the unedited report
9	Reediting the report after some revision from our instructor
10	Submission of the final (edited) report
11	Preparing powerpoint slides for the presentation
12	Presentation week
